Horticultural Therapy 101 + A Craft! (Virtual • Group)

GROUP • VIRTUAL CLASS

In this workshop, you’ll learn the 101 on horticultural therapy (HT) and then put it into practice with an activity!

We’ll cover:

  • What horticultural therapy (HT) is and how it started

  • The mental, physical, and social benefits that can come from it

  • How you can practice it at home (for free!)

  • A calming HT craft activity together

I love this workshop because it’s a great way to learn something new, create an hour of calm for yourself, and connect for a little social well-being.

Participants are responsible for suppling their own craft materials. Nothing fancy and things you probably already have: a shallow bowl or plant saucer (10-12 inches), a large glass of water, and plant materials (a handful of flowers and leaves -found outside your home or store bought).

$25

After you hit “sign up” and fill out your information, find the cart in the upper corner to checkout.
