About our guest this week: Joey has been a food, wine and travel journalist for almost two decades. Currently, he is on his second tour of duty at Bon Appétit and Epicurious, where he oversees all things drinks and lifestyle coverage. He was previously an editor and reporter at The Chicago Tribune, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Thrillist and Wine Enthusiast. He has worked with the James Beard Foundation on a number of committees, and is an alum of so many journalist and art fellowships (and won some awards too).
